We do our best to process orders within 1 Business day before shipping them out.

  • Orders are processed Monday — Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST / 10:00 AM PST, or on non-business days will typically begin processing the next business day.
  • Duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibilities of the recipient.
  • A signature may be required for delivery.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.
  • We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $250, and similarly subsidise international shipping.

  • Expedited shipping is not available for international orders.
  • International orders typically arrive in 1-2 weeks. Delays may occur if your item is held up in customs. Keep in mind once a parcel is in customs, we cannot intervene or inquire about the status of the parcel. Please check your tracking number regularly for the package to clear customs.
  • Import taxes, customs duties and fees are the responsibilities of the recipient and will be due at the time of delivery. We are unable to predict which of these fees will be applied, and not responsible for complying with regulations of the destination country.
  • We deliver to Russia via USPS International. Costs will be shown at the checkout.

Returns

For orders within the United States

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • All returns must be in original new condition and must include the original packaging, with all tags, barcodes, inserts and boxes that were included with your purchase.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • We do not offer returns, repairs or exchanges for products purchased through a retailer other than blackmile.co
  • Our return policy applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Refunds can be issued back to your original form of payment or in the form of store credit.
  • Once your return is approved, you have 30 days to send it back. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.

For International orders outside of the United States

We’re sorry, but we are unable to provide International returns at this time. The cost of shipping and dealing with customs are too much to process returns outside of the United States.

We prepare all necessary shipping documents for International shipping. However, we cannot provide support for International tracking, customs, or import duties and taxes. Learn more about International shipping.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, complete the return process following the steps above. Once your return is complete, make a new purchase.

Warranty

The MILE ONE is designed for adventure travel and passed through a series of demanding tests during its development.

We’ve taken great care in the design and manufacturing of the MILE ONE to ensure you don’t experience any issues.

We warranty against any manufacturer defects for the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damage caused by misuse.
